Since our products are personalized, we only accept order cancellations and provide refunds before we start processing the customization. Order processing typically begins 48 hours after the order is placed.

• Before Processing: If you cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it and before we start the customization process, you are eligible for a refund.
• After Processing: Once the customization process has begun, we cannot accept cancellations or provide refunds.

2. Refund Options

If you cancel your order before the customization process begins, you have two refund options:

• Bank Account: Receive a 90% refund to your original payment method.
• Cherish Wares Wallet: Receive a 100% refund to your Cherish Wares Wallet, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

3. How to Cancel Your Order

To cancel your order, please follow these steps:

• Log in to your Cherish Wares account.
• Go to the "My Orders" section.
• Select the order you wish to cancel.
• Click on the "Cancel Order" button and follow the prompts.

4. Processing Refunds

Once your cancellation request is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
