First of all, you have to register at Cherish Wares if you are a new customer. If you are an existing customer, then just login and select the Delivery city or Pincode & choose the gifts to order.

On registering with Winni, you will get exciting discounts and get chance of winning many surprise gifts.

Courier products will be shipped within 2-3 business days from the order placed date. For Tracking order, you can see the status of order in Track Order section under My Account.

If the order is cancelled before the order is processed then 90% of order amount will be refunded into bank account and 100% of order amount will be refunded in wallet. If the order is cancelled after the order is processed then no refund will be given.

You can make your payment through net banking, Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI and Cherish Wares Wallet. Note: We don’t provide Cash on Delivery (COD) option.

We do not attempt to deliver again, but we would call recipient and sender to know if we can deliver their order to any neighbor or nearby place. Unable to do so will lead to cancellation of the order and no refund will be made.
