We accept order cancellations within 48 hours of placing the order. If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within this timeframe to be eligible for a refund.

• Before 48 Hours: If you cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it, you will be eligible for a refund as per our refund policy.
• After 48 Hours: If you cancel your order after 48 hours of placing it, no refund will be given as the customization process will have already begun.

2. How to Cancel Your Order

To cancel your order, please follow these steps:

• Log in to your Cherish Wares account.
• Go to the "My Orders" section.
• Select the order you wish to cancel.
• Click on the "Cancel Order" button and follow the prompts.

Alternatively, you can contact our customer support team at support@cherishwares.com with your order details and cancellation request.

3. Refund for Canceled Orders

If you cancel your order within 48 hours, you will be eligible for a refund as follows:

• Bank Account: Receive a 90% refund to your original payment method.
• Cherish Wares Wallet: Receive a 100% refund to your Cherish Wares Wallet, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after your cancellation request is approved.
